Need help with your pet defender, account, purchase, or laser-related emergency? We are here to help.

For support, please email us and include as much detail as possible. If the issue is related to a purchase, subscription, cloud pet, or generated pet image, include your device type, app version, and a short description of what happened.

If your pet photo, cutout, or laser eyes do not look right, send us a description of the issue and whether it happened during photo selection, generation, or gameplay.

Purchases

For petcoins or subscriptions, payments are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Send us the product name and date of purchase if something did not unlock correctly.

Account and cloud pets

If you cannot access saved pets or progress, tell us which login method you used and what device you are using now.

Gameplay issues

If the game crashes, freezes, or behaves strangely during UFO waves or boss fights, include your device model and a short description of the moment it happened.

Family accounts

For Defender Club Family, child account access, family membership management, parental controls, or subscription questions, tell us which parent account is connected and what you need help with.
